How does my AI tool sign in?
You approve access in your browser with your Gtm account. The tool then confirms the connection with a read-only check.
Can I create and manage agents from my AI tool?
Yes. Create a draft with propose_agent, refine it with revise_agent, check it with preflight_agent, and start the reviewed revision with publish_agent. You can pause, resume, run, delete, and restore agents through focused tools. Delete stops future starts; a current run may finish. Restore keeps the agent stopped.
Which dashboard tasks can I control?

Can it change my data?
Yes, with your existing permissions. Tools can edit files, update records, manage agents, and change settings. External messages and changes that require review still need your decision. Every call shows up in Activity.
Can I add, edit, or remove people and companies?
Yes. Add a person with a real email or LinkedIn profile, or a company with its domain. Correct profile fields without overwriting source evidence or CRM records. Administrators can move exact profiles to Trash, restore them, or permanently delete an already trashed profile. Version checks prevent stale edits and unsafe Undo.

The recommended connection starts with 27 common tools. Your AI finds other operations through search_tools, then uses execute_read for reads or execute_action for writes.
